Fleet Osteopathic Clinic is run by osteopath Peter Leigh D.O.
Peter has lived in Fleet for nearly forty years and established the clinic in 1983 after qualifying from the British School of Osteopathy. In over 30 years he has the experience of treating thousands of patients suffering from a wide variety of problems. As he is a sole practitioner you will not see different osteopaths during a course of treatment.
Since qualifying, Peter has also worked part time at the British School of Osteopathy. He is a Senior Clinic Tutor supervising, and assessing the clinical competence of, third and final year students within the school clinic, as well as developing their knowledge and skills by leading practical tutorials.
From 1999 – 2001 Peter worked for the then newly established General Osteopathic Council (GOsC.) He was part of a team that assessed osteopathic applications to join the GOsC and interviewed applicants. He also acted as mentor to a number of osteopaths during this time.
Peter maintains his professional development by attending seminars and practical courses and he is an active member of a local osteopathic group.
Fleet Osteopathic Clinic offers professional and confidential osteopathic consultations in Fleet, and serves the surrounding areas with patients travelling from Farnham, Guildford, Alton, Camberley, Farnborough, Hartley Wintney, Hook, Basingstoke and Aldershot.
